8 killed in SW China road crash

NANNING - Eight people, including two children, were killed after a van collided with a truck and caught fire Thursday night in southwestern Chinese city of Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, local traffic police said.
Two other people were injured. The authorities have launched a probe into the crash.
