BEIJING - Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao again expressed condolences to quake-hit Japan on Monday and said China is willing to offer more helps to Japan if needed.
"I would like to offer my deep condolences to the Japanese people. ... China is also an earthquake-prone country, so we understand the hardship that Japan experiences now," Wen said at a press conference in Beijing.
Chinese rescuers and relief supplies have arrived in Japan on Sunday and China is willing to offer more help if needed, Wen said.
