NANNING - Three workers were buried when a lime pit collapsed in South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region on Monday afternoon, rescuers told Xinhua.
The incident happened at 4 pm in a lime factory in Yufeng district in Liuzhou, local firefighters said.
The buried workers have a slim chance of survival, and another collapse could occur, threatening the lives of rescuers, according to firefighters who were trying to figure out a way to rescue the buried workers.
