4 killed, 6 injured in car crash in NW China
LANZHOU - Four people were killed and six others got injured in a head-on collision in northwest China's Gansu province on Sunday, according to the local traffic police.
The accident happened at 6:20 p.m. in Baiyin city when a car smashed into an SUV at a sharp turn of the road, leaving all ten people trapped in the two vehicles.
Two people were killed at the scene and another two died after rescue efforts failed.
The accident is under further investigation.
