Construction site collapse kills 7 in C. China
ZHENGZHOU - A building collapsed in Central China's Henan province on Friday morning, leaving at least seven workers dead.
The two-story building collapsed at 10:20 am in Hedao village, Fengzhuang township in Yanjin county.
Thirty-seven people, most of them women, were lifting the building's foundations when it toppled.
Twenty-one people have been rescued from the collapsed building. Rescue efforts are continuing.
The construction team's boss has been put into custody.
