China's quality watchdog announced on Monday that nine manufacturers will recall nine batches of products nationwide, ranging from children's bicycles to strollers and walkers.
The products from producers in Beijing and Shanghai as well as Shandong and Hubei province, have defects that could threaten the safety of children, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said in a statement.
The products include four stroller products, two walker products and one children's bicycle.
Some of the strollers were found without brakes or had sharp edges on specific parts that threatened to injure children.
