BEIJING - Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao on Thursday pledged stronger party-to-party exchanges with Mongolia.
Li made the remarks while meeting with a delegation of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party, led by Mongolian Deputy Prime Minister Dendev Terbishdagva.
Li said the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Chinese government always deal with China-Mongolia ties strategically and with a long-term perspective.
He vowed joint efforts with Mongolia to implement the consensus reached by leaders of the two countries, deepen cooperation, share governance experience and promote growth of the bilateral strategic partnership.
Terbishdagva said to develop long-lasting cooperation with China is a set policy of Mongolia, vowing to work closely with China to promote stronger bilateral ties.
The delegation is visiting China at the invitation of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
