BEIJING - China will send six inspection teams to 12 provincial-level regions to oversee compulsory education, China's cabinet, the State Council said on Monday.
The inspections will focus on local efforts to boost educational equality, including reasonable allocation of resources and equal access to education for disabled students.
Inspectors will be sent to Anhui, Gansu, Guizhou, Heilongjiang, Henan, Jiangxi, Jilin, Shaanxi, Shanxi and Yunnan provinces as well as Guangxi and Inner Mongolia autonomous regions.
