Fenghuang town sees a wave of tourists after it was recently hit by floods,Aug 23, 2014.The heaviest rainfalls, since meteorological records began, hit the town of Fenghuang in Tujia-Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Xiangxi on July 15. One-third of the town was inundated by water more than one meter deep. Reconstruction work finished on Aug 15. [Photo/cfp]
