3 Chinese inmates kill guard, break out of jail |
HARBIN - Police have captured the second of the three inmates who escaped a detention center after killing a guard early Tuesday in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province.
Wang Damin was seized in Xinsheng village, Yanshou County at around 00:50 am Thursday, said the Public Security Bureau of Harbin, the provincial capital.
Earlier at around 8:15 pm Wednesday, also in Yanshou County, Li Haiwe, one of the three escaped inmates, was netted near Yushan village.
