Barbie live! Debut in Beijing

On December 6, the musical Barbie Live! premiered in Beijing, followed by the first round of domestic tour. As the Chinese version of Broadway original musical Barbie Live!, it was produced by HAOSI International Group, authorized by the entertainment giant EMS, and will be given 100 performances within a year in 41 cities across China.

The American original of Barbie Live! was elaborately produced by Broadway dream team, spending 18 months, the original producers include famous musician Robbie Roth, choreographer and director Kobi Rozenfeld, writer Diane Rodriguez and other well-known persons from Broadway in the United States. Authorized by EMS, HAOSI International strictly follows the original authorization and international standards to produce the Chinese version, relying on its rich drama producing experience from producing Turandot, Romeo and Juliet and so on.

Barbie Live! retains the original style of Broadway whether in music, dance, setting, lighting, costume or makeup. It's learned that the costume material had been sent to the United States for repeated confirmation, EMS even sent the original wigs for the performance to China. At the same time, the actors were carefully selected from hundreds of candidates in half a year, all roles were played by experienced professional actors. The US original dance captain JOVAN ANTHONY DANSBERRY made a special trip to China to carry on professional guidance to the actors in order to ensure that all stage show is consistent with the original of the United States.

The major production members of the musical's Chinese version are also from domestic first-class professional team, including Hong Kong's senior musical director William Yip, famous young director Wang Tingting, music director Zhao Jiyun and dance director Yu Chenxi, their high-standard art control capability and rich professional experience laid a good foundation to better interpret the musical, also ensure high quality of the Chinese version.

It is known, before the official debut of Barbie Live!, a little princess experience show with the theme "I Have My Own Sparkle" was held in the front hall of the theater, the girls to watch the musical can participate in the live show on pink carpet with their mothers, and also take a picture with sparkle Barbie, the performance had a continuous interaction with the audiences and families.
