An American's view on China's anti-corruption drive

I'm a 51 year old American woman and and I had no idea that China fought corruption so fiercely and diligently! I stand in awe of your efforts at cleaning up the corruption. I didn't even realize you could do that! Why aren't we doing the same thing here? We are eaten up with corruption over here, I feel pretty hopeless about it, it's so bad. All our officials and institutions are rampant with it. I think China and it's people are amazing! I've been seeing China in a new light recently, and, forgetting what I've learned in the past, thinking for myself now, I can see you are not what we were led to believe you are...much Love and respect to you.
