Limits on traffic and visitor flows at entrances to tourist attractions reaching 80 percent of capacity will incur action, according to the China National Tourism Administration.
The regulation calls for a periodic monitor by ticket number at attraction entrances and live site reports to keep tourist numbers at a controlled level.
