4.6-magnitude quake hits East China's Shandong

BEIJING - A 4.6-magnitude earthquake jolted Wendeng city of East China's Shandong province at 12:05 am Friday (Beijing Time), the China Earthquake Networks Center said.

The epicenter was monitored at 36.9 degrees north latitude and 121.9 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10 kilometers, the center said in a statement.
