No smoking
Smoking is specifically prohibited during the two sessions.
Not only did political advisors receive a document emphasizing the smoking ban, specifying no smoking during meetings, in the lounge rooms, hotel and certain other areas, but also that smoking paraphernalia like ashtrays and matches were banned from display.
