Taoist priests at Beijing's Baiyun Temple on Friday, the 5th day of Chinese Lunar New Year, pray for the dead and survivors of a powerful earthquake that struck southern Taiwan, on Feb 6. A 6.7-magnitude earthquake hit Kaohsiung of Taiwan at a depth of 15 kilometers. The death toll from the earthquake had climbed to 93 as of 9:45 am on Friday, with more than 31 people still missing and more than 500 injured.
