A flooded road in Chongqing municipality on June 1, 2016. Downtown Chongqing and 22 other districts and counties have seen rainfall of up to 210.5 mm since Wednesday. Chongqing weather authority has issued orange alerts for the rainstorms and floods as the continuous rainfall has caused landsides in many regions.
