Xi certain about completion of economic, social targets for 2016

BEIJING - President Xi Jinping has said he is certain that China will achieve the relatively sound accomplishment of its major economic and social targets for 2016, and that the 13th Five-year Plan period will be off to a good start, according to a statement released on Friday.
