Flag-raising ceremony at border rings in National Day

A flag-raising ceremony is held next to the Bailenghe Border Bridge and the No 312 Boundary Monument to mark the upcoming National Day in Mishan, Northeast China's Heilongjiang province,on Sept 30, 2017.
