Foreign business people welcome to WEDD conference in China

Shi Guangsheng, vice-chairman of the World Economy Development Declaration (WEDD) conferences organizing committee, said on August 12 that China welcomes more foreign business delegates to attend the conference.
Shi spoke at a reception party hosted by the WEDD organizing committee. More than 40 diplomats and representatives of international commerce organizations from over 20 countries attended.
Paul Jean-Ortiz, Minister-Counsellor of the French Embassy to China, said at the reception that China plays a more and more important role in the world economy and he would encourage more French business people to attend the conference and to increase economic ties with China.
Scheduled for November in Zhuhai, a city in South China, the WEDD conference will issue a declaration on world economy development and hold a series of forums for delegates from worldwide.
