Watch out Shanghai, Element Fresh is taking over. From their original beginnings on Nanjing Xi Lu, new Elements are springing up all over this fair metropolis.

First, there was the Element Fresh Express on Wuxing Lu, and now, their latest branch on Huaihai Lu, located in the new K. Wah restaurant complex. Element currently occupies the fourth floor, with the fifth floor roof terrace scheduled to be complete in time for the spring al fresco dining season.

With great views both downstairs and upstairs, the menu lists all the regular favorites we've come to expect, from the hefty truck driver's sandwich (RMB 60), to the grilled teriyaki salmon salad (RMB 85). With other new locations in Xintiandi, People's Square, and the forthcoming Lujiazui branch, expect a fresh Element in your neighborhood soon.
