Throughout August, the award-winning Singaporean Chef Wilsun Aurubind will present a mouth-watering array of authentic South-east Asian dishes including Laksa, Mee Siam, Prawn Noodles at Cafe Cha in the Shangri-La Hotel.

The vibrant Cafe Cha restaurant, which has a stunning garden view, offers an exciting all day kitchen buffet, featuring favorite Asian dishes, Italian and wesern specialties, Japanese sushi, sashimi and an abundance of seafood, Beijing duck, and Indian Tandoori cuisine. There is also a delicious selection of cakes and desserts-the raspberry and blueberry tarts should not be missed.

The hospitable and ever friendly Chef, Aurubind, recently became a father and spends a lot of time chatting with guests in the dining area.
