On the ground floor, outside the dining area, is a cafe offering a comfortable, casual dining experience. The Lounge on the second floor is for more refined relaxation, and is an ideal space to savor a cup of coffee, a cigar or a whiskey. The third floor is the French restaurant, themed in off-white, and enveloped in sophistication, while the top floor of the house is occupies by two long private dining rooms. There is a heavy Mediterranean influence on the dishes offered at Hugo, in addition to the many bold innovations that are made on traditional French and Dutch cuisine. Dishes such as the classic Italian salad vitello tonato and vleeskroketten Dutch meat croquettes are examples of the meticulously prepared fusion specialties.
