Trader Vic comes to ShanghaiTrader Vic's has outlets around the world and is famous for its tropical island atmosphere. The first flagship restaurant in China opened its doors on Shanghai's quiet Fengyang road.

The venue covers an area of 1,200 square meters, with an anchor-and-fishing net style decor. For authentic flavors of Polynesian and oriental cuisine, the restaurant uses a traditional Chinese oven, bringing out the finest flavors while also maintaining the restaurants healthy eating philosophy. Signature dishes that come highly recommended include an colorful seafood platter, beef chocho finished on a flaming hibachi and the grilled scallop salad in Thai chili sauce with fresh cream.

Trader Vic's is also an expert in tropical cocktails, with over eighty authentic cocktails exclusive to the restaurant.
