Spring time menue(smartshanghai)Updated: 2007-02-08 11:26 From March 21st until 30th, Kobachi at Grand Hyatt runs a special spring time menue promotion: "Kani" is the Japanese word for crab. Hokkaido, northernmost part of Japan, is famous for the variety of Kani, such
as 'kegani' (hairy crab, the most popular), 'tarabagani' (king crab) and
'Zuwaigani' (snow crab), all of which will be featured in this spring time menu
promotion. Kobachi chefs have taken the very best Kani and prepared a fresh
selection of appetisers and main dishes, including Snow Crab Tempura and Grated
Radish with Soy Sauce and Boiled Hairy Crab with Sweet Vinegar Sauce.
