More efforts needed on domestic front

Comment on "Crisis? Not yet, say expats in China" (China Daily, Oct 27)

China is a good venue for a conference regarding the world economic crisis. With huge holdings of US dollars, US and European shares, China may help stabilize the "out-of-control" world financial markets. However, it is unlikely to stop what is going on.
