White Rabbit Creamy Candy, which was found to be contaminated with melamine earlier in the year, will be back on sale around the world from the spring, its manufacturer said yesterday.
"Exports of the candy will begin again in March or April," Weng Mao, general manager of Guan Sheng Yuan Food, was quoted as saying by the Shanghai-based Oriental Morning Post.
The product will be better than it was before, he claimed, without elaborating.
