Follow India's lead on outsourcing

According to China Daily on April 2, US-based Automatic Data Processing (ADP) completed the acquisition of the ChinaLink Professional Services, both human resources (HR) outsourcing service providers.

The biggest potential market of HR outsourcing has attracted ADP, one of the world's largest providers of business outsourcing solutions, to invest heavily in this field even in the face of the gloomy employment outlook in China due to the global economic slowdown.
