Man convicted of killing couple

LONDON: A Chinese illegal immigrant has been found guilty of murdering a Chinese couple at their flat in Newcastle, the BBC reported yesterday.

The mutilated bodies of Yang Zhenxing and his girlfriend Zhou Xi, both 25, were found in their flat Aug 9, 2008.

Restaurant worker Cao Guanghui, 31, had denied the killings.
