Money not the only hope for children

Comments on "Invest in kids and get a big return" (China Daily website)

It is naive to believe that money alone can prevent child abuse or provide efficient care and education to this vulnerable category. Child abuse rates are high in the rich Western countries. The figures are alarming despite billions being spent to avoid such a situation.
