Chinese star outclasses Bartoli in three sets to move on at Open

MELBOURNE: China's Zheng Jie breathed a sigh of relief after defeating 11th seeded Frenchwoman Marion Bartoli in the thrid round of the Australian Open on Friday.

"Today was such a tough match but I really wanted win because I lost to her last year in the semifinals in Montreal," Zheng said after her tough three-set, 5-7, 6-3, 6-0, victory.
