Ukraine vote to be challenged by PM

Ukraine's Prime Minister and presidential candidate Yulia Tymoshenko leaves a news conference in Kiev. Tymoshenko and some of her allies in parliament refuse to concede defeat in Sunday's presidential election, insisting there was fraud in the process and the counting.
