Barking police dogs annoying residents

Residents of a Chaoyang community are protesting the noise from two police dogs at a station in their neighborhood, saying the barking affects their lives.

Liu Ran, a resident of Xuante Jiayuan community, said he suffers insomnia because the dogs belonging to the Liulitun police station always bark at night.

"I can't fall asleep," he said. "And the barking disturbs me during the day when I am trying to write."
