Students sue school for tuition refund

As many as 200 English learners in Beijing are taking a Seattle-based language school to court, hoping to get refunds after the school ceased operation without a notice in October 2009.
Real Life English, which is part of Seattle-based World Link Education, closed all the three of its schools in Beijing after four years of operation citing the spread of A(H1N1) influenza and the global financial crisis.
