Child trafficker's lure: 'Do you want to play . . . ?
Urumqi - Yu Zhongye, a police officer in the Urumqi Railway Bureau's public security department, spotted four Uygur children at Urumqi South Train Station during his routine evening patrol on April 10. What caught his attention was that there was no adult with them.
"They also had no luggage besides carrying more than 10 plastic bags of food. Their clothes were very dirty, too," Yu said. "I suspected those children might have been kidnapped."
He approached them and what he found out proved the truth of what he had suspected.
