'Year of China' held to mark 40th anniversary

On the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Italy and China, the "Year of China in Italy" began last fall and will continue through October this year.

The event has cultural, economic, commercial and scientific elements that highlight strengths in the partnership between Italy and China.

Initiatives do not exclusively concentrate on Rome, but extend to all of Italy.
