Photo: A duck-shaped pastry is on display at Quanjude, a Chinese restaurant famous for its Peking roast duck. Small duck-shaped desserts, made of pumpkin and glutinous rice, will be sold for 22 yuan ($3.60) per half dozen. Beijing will become the second city in China, after Hong Kong, to exhibit - from early September to late October - a giant, inflatable "Rubber Duck" designed by Dutch conceptual artist Florentijn Hofman.
