Changchun's Shangri-La offers family hospitality

Award-winning hotel focuses on top quality service, Luo Wangshu and Liu Mingtai report from Jilin province.

The Shangri-La Hotel in Changchun, one of the first five-star hotels in the city, aims to attract customers with its homely atmosphere.

"We tried to create a home-like service for our customers," says Vincent Tian, general manager of the hotel, adding that they focus on details to "consider every corner of a room".
