Rolls-Royce Holdings Plc, the famed global aircraft engine manufacturer, has signed an agreement with the Civil Aviation Administration of China to further expand an existing training program for senior executives in the fast-growing Chinese aviation industry.

The program, which fosters development of the sector's future leaders, has already been going on for 20 years with continued support from Rolls-Royce. During that period, more than 1,100 executives from China's aviation industry have participated.

Under the program, which takes place every summer, the CAAC selects outstanding senior management from the domestic aviation industry. They attend training courses that consist of integrated modules, and the courses are delivered in both China and in the United Kingdom.
