Wanda donates new schools
Company wants the area to have first-class education facilities
China's real estate giant Dalian Wanda Group announced last month that it will donate 10 million yuan to help build two new modernized schools in Qingdao, in East China's Shandong province, a further step to show the group's continuous philanthropy for education.
With the help of the fund, which was given to Qingdao Education Development Foundation, a local top-level primary school and a high-profile middle school will establish their branches in the area of Victoria Bay, a real estate project of Wanda in Qingdao West Coast New Area, according to the project's general manager Li Yong.
