Just like the title of the film, Hollywood action movie Fast and Furious 7 has smashed all records in a fast and furious way. The thriller increased its 15-day box office take to 2.05 billion yuan ($330.5 million), becoming the highest grossing film of all time in China.

Although its earnings slightly dipped compared to the previous week, but it still managed to collect 451 million yuan ($72.7 million) in its second week at the ticket counters, and retained the top film of the week, according to data from Ent Group.

The new release romantic drama The Left Ear took 197 million yuan ($31.9 million) in three days, putting it on the second place.
