What else do you want to say to students who are preparing to study abroad?

The future belongs to the young people. Old people always say that, but it is always true. In order for the future to be better, I think the more international experience young people have, the better.

Neil Salonen is the president of the University of Bridgeport since 2000. As a specialist in the politics of Northeast Asia, he's visited China over 30 times, and had opportunities to meet with administrators, faculty and students at Chinese universities.
