Hundreds of Taoists pay homage to the Laojun Mountain in Luoyang, Central China's Henan Province, May 15, 2016. The mountain is well-known as once being the retreat of Laozi, a great Chinese philosopher and the founder of Taoism. On April 9 in the lunar calendar, which falls on May 15 this year, Taoists from across the country traditionally visit the Laojun Temple on top of the 2,200-meter-tall mountain. Taoists usually move forward on their knees on the steep stairs during the pilgrimage. [Photo/China News Service]
