The 2016 Xingyun (Nebula) Award for Global Chinese Science Fiction was announced in Beijing on Sept 11, 2016, with the best novel prize given to Heart of the Milk Way Ⅲ written by Jiang Bo. The annual event, the only international awards for Chinese-language sci-fi writers, was organized by the Chengdu-based World Chinese Science Fiction Association. It was launched in 2010.
