Understanding Tibetan painting traditions
Ongoing exhibition Heavenly Tibet celebrates the variety of thangka, the age-old art of Tibetan Buddhist painting.
It showcases dozens of paintings created by established artists and emerging thangka painters from recent years, showing the heritage of the traditional painting and its integration with modern styles.
