Young Indian artist creates amazing paper art

This amazingly delicate artwork which took more than 15 hours to create is made using only a knife and paper. Parth Sudhir Kothekar, from Ahmedabad, India, got his idea for the paper cut out art from his work with graffiti stencils and has now made it into his profession.

The 25-year-old uses a pencil to trace the outlines of his patterns and then delicately uses a surgical knife to remove the paper and make shapes. He bases his incredible work on everyday aspects of life, and is always looking for new ways to challenge himself with new designs.
