Dashilan, one of the oldest commercial streets in Beijing, has long been a must-visit place for shutterbugs looking for some nostalgic feeling in the Chinese capital. Now an international photography exhibition is being held in the area to showcase how the city looked in the eyes of photographers from around the world.
More than 100 photos are on display at the I Love Beijing exhibition, which runs from October 19 to 25, covering a wide range of subjects including human portraits, old alleys and buildings, as well as historical sites and natural landscapes.
The seven-day show is jointly launched by organizations including the China Photographers Association, the Beijing Photographers Association and the China branch of Photographic Society of America.
