Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education on Advanced Ceramics and Machining Technology
Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education on Advanced Ceramics and Machining Technology was established in 1993 through the approval of the original state education commission which was also one of the first batches of departments opening to the outside world. In 1999 it was ranked as one of the first 38 key laboratories of education ministry. In 2002, due to the necessity of expanding the scientific research field, the laboratory was renamed from its original name of “the key laboratory of education ministry on high temperature structural ceramics and engineering ceramics machining technology”.
