New hotel boss

Brian Dechant has been appointed general manager of Regal International East Asia Hotel, replacing Richard Hodges, who was transferred to a Regal Hotel in Hong Kong. Before coming to Shanghai, Dechant had been the general manager of Regal Hongkong Hotel and Regal Kowloon Hotel. His last position with the Regal Group was in the corporate headquarters as general manager special projects.
