Shanghai Post will offer a faster city express mail service beginning June 1 in a bid to regain its lost market share under the heavy pressure of foreign and small domestic delivery companies. It has pledged that deliveries, if the destination is within the city's Inner Ring Road, will take no more than 90 minutes.
